Meet Your Speaker
Hubert Kozinski is the Supervisor, Corporate Records and FOI Services for the City of Brantford, where he manages the full lifecycle of municipal records. He also plays a vital role in staff education, delivering internal training on topics such as information governance, records clean-up, and privacy.
Beyond his municipal work, Hubert has shared his expertise in the classroom as a lecturer at Conestoga College, teaching courses in Records Management and Microsoft Access to Business Administration students (2024-2025). His ability to connect theory with real-world applications makes him an engaging and practical speaker.
An active member of the records community, Hubert has been a Board Director with ARMA Southwestern Ontario since 2019. He also served as the Chapter President from 2022 to 2023, and now contributes as the Director of Memberships.
