A Different Kind of AGM: The Human Side of Information Management

You don’t need a title to drive change. You need the right strategies.

Most continuous improvement work happens without formal authority. You’re asking people to change how they work — people who don’t report to you, who are busy, and who’ve seen initiatives come and go. The practitioners who succeed aren’t the ones with the most power. They’re the ones who know how to influence anyway.

That’s exactly what we’re tackling at our Annual General Meeting, Continuous Improvement Strategies That Influence Without Authority.

Walk away with:

  • Practical techniques to win buy-in from stakeholders who aren’t obligated to say yes
  • How to turn skeptics and resistant colleagues into active supporters of your efforts
  • Ways to build momentum for change when “because I said so” isn’t an option
