Mike Masse is a mindfulness consultant, public speaker and best selling author who specializes in mindfulness based stress reduction.  For over a decade,  he has been teaching adults, youth and children mindfulness skills to help reduce their levels of stress and anxiety. Mike has become a highly sought after trainer; facilitating workshops with educators, first responders, health care providers,  and others who work in high-stress environments. Monifa is a seasoned expert in data privacy compliance who has spent the last 20 years working in the private sector promoting the use of cutting-edge technologies with advanced data practices.  Monifa has a diverse professional background encompassing data privacy, regulatory compliance, risk management, process improvement, and call center operations.   Monifa’s in-house experience has honed her ability to provide practical guidance to help public, private, and not-for-profit organizations operationalize privacy.  Monifa understands the importance of embedding practical data privacy solutions that reduce privacy risk while enabling the business to achieve its goals. Monifa is passionate about helping organizations leverage data privacy as an enabler for innovation.

Monifa is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in Canada (CIPP/C) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). Monifa is also Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC).

Dan Mathieson is currently serving as Special Advisor, Cybersecurity and Municipal Engagement at Toronto Metropolitan University, in the Office of the President. In this capacity, Dan is working closely with TMU’s Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst to support Canadian municipalities in their cybersecurity challenges.

Dan has served five terms as the Mayor of Stratford. During his tenure, he steered the City through a ransomware attack, later becoming a well-known public authority on cyber risks for municipalities. Dan is, and has served as, Chair and board member of publicly traded corporations, and committees across healthcare, municipal affairs, law enforcement, athletics, not-for profits, universities, and colleges. He is Past Chair of the Ontario Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC), Past Chair of Kings University College at Western University, Past Chair of the Stratford Police Services Board, and a co-founder of the University of Waterloo-Stratford School of Digital Media.

Dan was honored by the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATA) with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, paying tribute to community leaders whose endeavors have set them apart as technology innovators, and is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal for public service.

Amitabh Srivastav has deep knowledge of IG / IM and is a transformation strategist with over 25 years of PM experience. He has a strong portfolio of qualifications in strategy, digital transformation, AI risk management, and content services. As the CDO & VP, Compliance & Risk Management at HELUX.ai, he advises clients on emerging technology trends, navigating the evolving technology landscape, and implementing digital transformation strategies, by leveraging Microsoft solutions.

Amitabh is a highly regarded speaker and thought leader within the industry, having presented at leading conferences such as ARMA International, ARMA Canada, PMI, and M365 SharePoint. He is actively involved in ARMA, PMI, AIIM, and ISACA, and serves on the Board of Directors for the ARMA International Educational Foundation. He also volunteers with the Standards Council of Canada and is a delegated member on ISO’s TC171/SC/W2 committee. Amitabh hosts webinar discussing digital transformation and AI for AIIM True North. As well, he has authored and contributed to several articles, textbooks, publications, the CIP and IGP exams updates, and ISO 18759.
