A temporary opportunity for up to 18 months exists for a Records and Clerks Assistant to provide administrative support within the Legislative Services division including intake of Freedom of Information Requests, administration of Vitals Statistics, performing Civil Marriage Ceremonies, secretary for for Appeal Tribunal hearings, general administrative and records management support for the division and corporation and processing of claims against the City.
